Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information through our authentication provider (Clerk). If you sign in with a third-party service such as Google, we receive basic profile data from that provider.
Missionary & Church Profiles: Information you voluntarily provide, including your mission field, sending church, support level, church name, address, pastor information, service times, and contact details.
Trip & Scheduling Data: Deputation trip routes, church visit schedules, travel plans, and related notes you enter into the platform.
Usage Data: We automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps. This data helps us improve the platform.
Location Data: When you use our mapping features, we may process geographic information related to church locations and trip routes. We do not track your real-time location.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the DeputationTools platform
- Create and manage your account
- Display missionary and church profiles to facilitate connections
- Power mapping and trip-planning features

Hosting & Deployment

Your Rights
